Menopause occur when a woman stops ovulating and periods of disturbance. Most women reach menopause between 45 and 55 years, average age about 50. But about 1% before the arrival of 40, which is known as premature menopause or premature ovarian failure.

For women in their teens and 20 for the loss of their female fertility is devastating. They will face a long period of life after menopause.

Menopause Symptoms:
- Changes in menstrual cycle
- Changes in bleeding - Flushing
- Sweats - urinary problems such as incontinence or increased frequency of urination.
- Bay Dry - Allocation changes - Weight changes, etc.
Exercise improves physical and mental health of women during menopause. Menopause, despite the fact that it is a normal phase of life-cycle of a woman, however, raises a series of physical and psychological disturbances that affect the quality of life.

Menopause marks the end of reproductive life and is accompanied by the cessation of menstruation. Begins gradually, usually after the age of 40 and shortly after 50 completed.

The decrease in levels of estrogen and progesterone in the blood of women during menopause are the biological diversity that marks the end of irregular menstruation. The symptoms shown by women during menopause are:
* Night sweats
* Feeling the heat
* Fatigue
* Insomnia
* Chest palpitations
* Pain in joints
* Fatigue
* Depression, irritability, concentration difficulties
* Vaginal irritation, loss of sexual desire, genital tract atrophy

In addition to hormonal therapy, physical exercise is an important way of tackling the problems that accompany menopause.

The various forms of physical activity improve the general situation of women in both the organic and the psychic field. It is important that women did not have when they decide to start a fitness program or other activities, start gradually and after the doctor. The gradual opening of the exercise program, allows a better adaptation of the heart and the muscle system.

The aerobics, dancing, fast walking, cycling increases the heart rate. Women at menopause should aim to have 30 to 45 minutes aerobic exercise on most days of the week. The stretching exercises and turning up to help develop and maintain muscle without fat.

The combination of different types of exercises, aerobic, stretching and turning up better results in alleviating the problems of menopause.

Also let us not forget that a program of regular physical activity has positive effects on long-term physical health.

At the same time is now accepted that exercise improves memory, mental clarity and sense of satisfaction with life.
